🙌 募集ポジション：リードエデュケーター（幼児・初等教育教員）

リードエデュケーターは、探究者（子どもたち）に質の高い教育体験を提供し、生徒の学びの旅を導くとともに、チームを指導する役割を担います。

• Boundless Education Questing フレームワークを用いた本物の学習体験を実施
• 個別化された学習プロセスに沿って生徒を導く
• テクノロジーを活用して保護者に定期的に進捗を報告
• 地域の体験を取り入れた体験授業を計画
• 幼児教育ではモンテッソーリ教育を、小学校教育では探究型学習を活用
• 教育テクノロジーを最大限に活用
• 面談を主導し、学期末の成長記録に貢献

応募条件 – リードエデュケーター

• 日本での就労資格があり、鎌倉市内または近郊に在住
• 優れた英語力
• 幼児教育：モンテッソーリ資格保持者、教職経験2年以上
• 初等教育：学士号（修士優遇）、正規教員経験3年以上
• 探究型学習や多文化・多言語環境での教育経験
• 特別支援教育の知識があれば尚可
• 児童安全・教授法・評価手法に関する知識

The role

Boundless Education is transforming current systems of education. Our educational concept empowers all children to explore their natural creativity, discover their true passions, and shape their own future. We apply the renowned Finnish Curriculum integrated with best pedagogical practices from around the world to create a personalized, multi-age, skills-driven, and strength-based system that is supportively led by educators as mentors.

We are looking for passionate Early Years and Primary Years Lead Educators to join our team in Kamakura, Japan. These full-time positions are available for educators working with Early Years Primary Years within our Boundless Education system.

A key responsibility of our educators is ensuring the duty of care for all children, creating meaningful learning opportunities, and actively mentoring our explorers through their educational journey. Learning is not confined to the classroom—our educators foster experiential, inquiry-based learning both inside and outside the classroom.

Contract Type & Compensation:
This role will be offered under a local contract, with compensation paid in Japanese Yen (JPY). The package includes health insurance, social insurance, and other legally mandated benefits in accordance with local regulations.

About you

For Both Levels:

• Be eligible to work in Japan
• Live in Kamakura or nearby, to commute daily
• Excellent English language skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments
• Clear and effective communicator

For Early Years Educators (1-5 years old):

• Educational qualification in early years education
• Montessori-trained
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
• Experience with culturally and linguistically diverse learners
• Special needs expertise is a great plus

For Primary Years Educators (6-12 years old):

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of full-time classroom experience
• Experience with inquiry-based educational programs and collaborative teams
• Experience with culturally and linguistically diverse learners
• Special needs expertise is a great plus
• Knowledge of child safety, psychological needs, research-supported instructional techniques, and assessment strategies

2. First call (30 min) with our Recruitment team.
3. Interview with our Head of Education Expansion and Accreditation.
4. Panel Interview with the Program Specialist and the Head of Program & Learning Design (60min).
   
5. Final Interview with the local ECD (60 min).
