🙌 募集ポジション：エデュケーションファシリテーター（幼児・初等教育教員）

エデュケーションファシリテーターは、リードエデュケーターと連携し、子ども一人ひとりが充実した体験を得られるよう支援します。

主な責務

• 子ども全員の安全を守る
• 学び・受容・幸福感の文化を育む
• リードエデュケーターや地域サービスと協力して魅力的な活動を企画
• 学習・社会情緒・行動面での支援を提供
• 自然体験・芸術・科学・料理・文化体験・食事/おやつ・昼寝・遊び場の監督を担当
• 施設の清潔さと整理を維持
• 必要に応じてリードエデュケーターの代行
• 継続的な専門的学習に参加

応募条件 – エデュケーションファシリテーター

• 鎌倉市内または近郊に在住
• 優れた英語力
• 高卒以上（さらに高い学歴があれば尚可）
• 主体性・適応力・迅速な判断力
• 協働力と問題解決能力

✨ 採用プロセス

• 経験に関する2〜3問のビデオインタビュー
• 採用チームとの一次面談（30分）
• 教育センターディレクターとの面接（60分）
• 同僚との面接（60分）
• 学術責任者との最終面接（60分）
• 採用は犯罪経歴証明書（または同等の調査）の結果に基づきます。

* 契約形態と報酬について
 本ポジションは現地契約となり、報酬は日本円（JPY）で支払われます。また、健康保険、社会保険、および現地の法令に基づくその他の法定福利厚生が含まれます。

The Role

Our educational concept empowers all children to explore their natural creativity, discover their true passions, and shape their own future. We apply the renowned Finnish Curriculum integrated with best pedagogical practices from around the world to create a personalized, multi-age, skills-driven, and strength-based system that is supportively led by educators as mentors.

We are looking for passionate Education Facilitators (Support Teachers) to join our local team in Japan. These full-time positions will work closely with Lead Educators to ensure an outstanding student experience and learning environment every day.

A key responsibility of our support educators is ensuring the duty of care for all children, providing meaningful learning opportunities, and actively mentoring our explorers through their educational journey. Learning is not confined to the classroom—our educators foster experiential, inquiry-based learning both inside and outside the classroom.

Contract Type & Compensation:
This role will be offered under a local contract, with compensation paid in Japanese Yen (JPY). The package includes health insurance, social insurance, and other legally mandated benefits in accordance with local regulations.

About you

• Live in Kamakura or nearby, to commute daily
• Excellent English language skills
• Minimum High School degree
• Initiative, adaptability, and quick thinking in dynamic environments
• Clear and effective communicator 
  
• Willingness to develop expertise in teaching methodologies for students with diverse learning needs
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with classroom teachers and staff
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to promote ethical behavior and maintain confidentiality regarding student information
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Passion for fostering inclusive, engaging, and holistic educational experiences

2. First call (30 min) with our Recruitment team.
3. Interview with our Head of Education Expansion and Accreditation.
4. Panel Interview with the Program Specialist & the Head of Program & Learning Design (60min).
   
5. Final Interview with the local ECD (60 min).
