🙌 About the Role
As a KFacility Assistant, your primary goal will be to keep the Education Center clean and to ensure the children are fed. Apply proper care and food hygiene practices at all times. In your daily work, you will be responsible for:
- Receive food supplies from outside vendors, store them securely, and serve them at designated meal times.
- Ensure cooking and presentation methods meet company expectations
- Preparing, setting up, serving, clearing away, and cleaning food, beverages, and equipment
- Replenish inventory and supplies as needed
- Cleaning and sanitation management of the entire education center (kitchen, cafeteria, toilets, classrooms, shared spaces)
- Providing services to families and children with Boundless Life's hospitality standards
- Proper disposal of garbage and recycling
- Support the Education Center Director or Local General Manager in menu planning, utilizing seasonal ingredients, and accommodating children's dietary restrictions.
- Work with catering partners to confirm changes to deliveries, meals, and ingredients
- Assist with ordering according to company purchasing policies
- Kitchen operations in accordance with current health and safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean education center at the end of each shift
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as needed
- Evening and weekend shifts available during events
- Perform other cleaning tasks as needed

Provide temporary support to the housekeeping team during peak times.
General Duties:
- Attend all staff meetings as needed
- Comply with laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures
- Always wear the correct and clean uniform
- Maintain the highest standards of personal appearance at all times
- Carry out necessary checks such as food temperature
- Follow reasonable instructions from management
- Covering for other staff members when they are absent

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Basic oral comprehension skills in English and local language.
- English literacy
- Similar customer service or food preparation experience preferred.

Cleaning experience is a plus.
