業務内容:

不動産営業として、主に新規販売と新規リスティングを推進することです。メール、電話、ウェブサイト、セミナー、物件内覧会、その他あらゆる営業ツールを駆使し、リードの創出とクロージングを支援します。

・新規販売および販売物件取得の推進

・顧客対応(買い手・売り手)、契約管理

・物件情報の更新・管理、マーケティング資料作成

・24時間以内の迅速なリード対応

・ウェブサイトへの掲載・管理

・国内マーケティング(ウェブサイト、チラシ、看板設置等手配)

 

求められるスキル:

・日本語でビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションができ、理想的には英語がある程度理解できること。

・高いレベルの顧客関係管理と顧客へのサービス提供スキル。

・市場に関する知識を保持し、顧客へのアドバイスに活用するスキル

・日本の運転免許または国際運転免許(必須)

・問題解決能力、迅速かつタイムリーに相談できること

Job Description:

 

As a Real Estate Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to drive new sales and new listings. Assist in generating and closing leads through email, phone calls, website, seminars, property previews, and all other sales tools.

  • Promote new sales and acquisition of properties for sale.
  • Customer service (buyers and sellers) and contract management
  • Update and manage property information and prepare marketing materials
  • Responding to leads within 24 hours
  • Website posting and management
  • Domestic marketing (website, flyers, signage, etc.)

 

Key Skill Required for the Job:

  • Ability to communicate at a business level in Japanese, ideally with some understanding of English.
  • High level of customer relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Skills to maintain knowledge of the market and use this knowledge to advise clients.
  • Japanese or international driver's license (required).
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to consult in a prompt and timely manner.
  • Positive attitude in the workplace.
  • Experienced sales staff welcome.
