Job Overview / 職務概要

This position is open to individuals with a Japanese Real Estate Transaction License (宅地建物取引士), regardless of industry experience. Responsibilities and supervision level will be adjusted based on the candidate’s real estate background. Senior candidates will take on full compliance and contract responsibilities, while less experienced candidates will be trained and supported.

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

Contract Management & Support / 契約管理・補助業務

- Prepare and review real estate sales and lease contracts (senior-level)

不動産売買・賃貸契約書の作成・確認(経験者)

- Assist in the drafting and filing of contracts (entry-level)

契約書作成補助・ファイリング(未経験者)

- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and internal procedures

宅建業法および社内手続きとの整合性確認

- Maintain digital and hard copy archives of documents

契約書類のデジタルおよび紙面での保管

Licensed Duties / 宅建士業務

- Conduct 'Explanation of Important Matters' (重要事項説明) for clients (senior-level)

顧客への重要事項説明の実施(経験者)

- Support and learn to conduct explanations under supervision (entry-level)

上司の指導のもと重要事項説明の実施補助(未経験者)

- Assist in preparing disclosure and registration documents

開示書類や登記関連資料の準備補助

Compliance & Legal Procedures / コンプライアンス・法務手続き

- Monitor legal updates and advise on policy (senior-level)

法改正の確認と社内方針への反映(経験者)

- Participate in legal and compliance training (entry-level)

コンプライアンス研修への参加(未経験者)

- Support audits and liaise with legal professionals

監査対応・法務関係者との連携補助

Administrative Support / 一般事務サポート

- Communicate with clients, agents, and head office

顧客・仲介業者・本社との連絡

- Organize receipts, postal items, and office documents

領収書・郵送物・書類の整理

- Participate in training and internal meetings

社内研修・ミーティングへの参加


Qualifications / 応募資格

• Valid Japanese Real Estate Transaction License (宅地建物取引士)

• Experience in real estate is preferred but not required

• Strong communication, organizational, and PC skills

• Japanese fluency required; English proficiency is a plus

• 有効な宅地建物取引士資格を保有していること

• 不動産実務経験があれば尚可(未経験者も応募可)

• コミュニケーション力、整理能力、PCスキルに優れている方

• 日本語必須、英語力があれば尚可


Working Conditions / 勤務条件

• Full-time, Monday to Friday

• Based in Hokkaido (Niseko or Furano), some fieldwork required

• Training and mentorship provided for less experienced candidates

• 平日フルタイム勤務

• 北海道(ニセコまたは富良野)勤務、一部現地作業あり

• 未経験者にはOJTおよび研修制度あり
