Job responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical systems in data center modules.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of electrical equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement upgrades and improvements to electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document and report on service activities, including issues resolved and recommendations for future improvements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for clients and internal staff on electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all service activities.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a data center environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution and backup systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and team members.
