【仕事概要】 
北上リーダーサポートは担当するビジネスリーダーの人事分野におけるパートナーとして、ビジネス戦略を実現するための人事コンサルティング、コーチング、様々な人事施策を通じて、ハイパフォーマンス組織の育成を支援します。 

このポジションはビジネスリーダーと緊密に連携し、ビジネスの成功に必要な組織・人的要件を理解し、人事施策に転換するとともに、魅力的な職場環境と高パフォーマンス文化の確立を推進します。これには、制度開発・運用、組織開発、労働環境の向上、組織の健全化、企業の社会的責任の履行、そしてインクルーシブな職場環境の促進が含まれます。 

【業務詳細】 
具体的には： 
・ ビジネスリーダーの組織変革（チェンジマネジメント）を支援するため、BPP（ビジネスピープルパートナー）と連携して、戦略的コーチングを提供する。 

・米国本社を含む各グローバル拠点、COE（センター・オブ・エクセレンス）チームと連携し、ビジネスリーダーがグローバル人事施策に対応できるように支援する。 

・　労働法・地域プラクティスへの準拠、企業の社会的責任を守りつつも、変化する社会情勢、従業員のニーズに対応し、規則、企業ポリシー、プラクティスを継続的にアップデートする。 

・従業員のパフォーマンス評価制度の運用、ボトルネックとなる各種課題の解決をパフォーマンス改善プログラムや関係各署との連携を通じて支援する。 

・ 各種監査に対応し、不適合事項に対する是正措置の実施する。 

・ コンプライアンス及び労使関係に関してビジネスリーダーに的確な助言を提供し、労使関係チームと連携して課題を効果的に解決する。 

・組織開発・研修ニーズに基づき、ビジネスリーダーと協議し、従業員育成プログラム（マネージャー育成、キャリア支援、カルチャー醸成等）に関する支援、効果的な手法を提供する。 

・ ビジネスリーダーと連携し多様性を強みとするインクルーシブな文化を育成・維持する。 

・ 自然災害等の困難な状況下において、従業員を支援し、職場の秩序を維持する。 

・パートナー企業との間で、組織計画、職場環境、その他の潜在的問題に関して、ビジネスリーダーのコミュニケーションや交渉を支援する。 
 
【給与】 
想定年収 650万円 ~ 800万円 (年俸制/12分割) 
※別途、業績賞与制度あり 
※社内規定および経験・能力を考慮した上で決定

Role Overview

Kitakami Leader Support role partners with local leaders to foster a high-performing organization through strategic consulting, coaching, and HR-driven initiatives.

The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to translate business requirements into actionable strategies, ensuring an engaging work environment and a high-performance culture. This includes adherence to local labor laws, fulfillment of corporate social responsibility, and promotion of an inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic coaching to leaders to support organizational change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with BPP’s and consultative prioritization.

• Collaborate with Center of Excellence teams to prepare leaders for the implementation of People Experience programs.

• Continuously review and recommend updates to work rules, policies, and practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws, uphold corporate social responsibility, and address evolving employee needs.

• Manage and support audits, including the implementation of corrective actions for non-conformances.

• Offer expert consultation on compliance and employee relations matters, partnering with the Employee Relations team to resolve issues effectively.

• Identify innovative approaches to deliver employee development programs based on organizational training needs, leveraging leader consultation and support.

• Collaborate with local leadership to cultivate and maintain an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity as a strength.

• Provide support to employees during natural disasters and challenging circumstances to maintain workplace civility.

• Assist business leaders in communication and negotiation with Kioxia regarding HC transition plans, workplace environment, and other potential issues between Sandisk and Kioxia.

■大卒（または同等の学歴）以上
■人事実務経験（目安：10年以上） 
※具体的には下記のような業務経験をお持ちの方 
・　ビジネスリーダーへのコンサルティングおよびコーチングを通じたチェンジマネジメントおよび組織開発の推進実績 
・　日本の労働法および慣行に関する包括的な知識を有し、法改正に対応した就業規則・規程・方針の改訂経験 
・　従業員の労務問題の管理およびへの対応実績 
 
■優れた文章作成力および対話能力を有し、多様な個性や組織文化を越えて信頼関係を構築できる 
■高い目標志向性、主体性、責任感を持ち、結果達成に情熱がある 
■適応力に優れ、継続的な学習に意欲的。不確実性の中でも柔軟に対応し、回復力を発揮できる 
■ビジネスレベルの英語力

・　製造業（半導体、電子機器、化学、材料など）での勤務経験

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, complemented by relevant certifications.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proven experience in driving Change Management and Organizational Development through leader consulting and coaching.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Japanese labor laws and practices, with experience revising employment rules, regulations, and policies in line with statutory updates.
• Demonstrated experience in managing labor issues and addressing employee health concerns.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships across diverse personalities and organizational levels.
• Highly goal-oriented, proactive, accountable, and passionate about achieving results.
• Adaptable and committed to continuous learning, demonstrating resilience and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Proficiency in business-level English.

Preferred

• Experience in high-performing organizations; familiarity with manufacturing industries (e.g., Semiconductor, Electronics, Chemical, Material).
• Experience working in global or foreign-affiliated companies.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems.
• Experience in project management.
