フィールドエンジニア（医薬品／食品向け自動機械担当) / Field Service Technician

医薬品や食品製造ラインにおける充填・滅菌など各種包装機の世界シェア最大級のメーカーであるシンテゴン社の日本法人にて、自社製品の新規据え付け及びアフターサービスにおけるフィールドエンジニアリング業務を担当いただきます。
・既設医薬品（液剤）向けを中心としたアンプル、バイアル洗浄滅菌充填機、及び食品（縦型包装機、キャンディー製造ライン、アセプティック機械）、固形製剤（カプセル充填機）、カートニング機械に対する客先での作業（部品交換、トラブル対応、改良工事、改造工事）
・新規プロジェクト機械の据付業務実施（客先での機械据え付け~試運転立ち上げ作業及びバリテーション作業補助）
・移設作業に伴う機械分解、搬出、据え付け作業
・その他の業務：ドイツ本社から派遣されるエンジニア社員の業務サポート
・ドイツ本社への技術習得の為の研修

This position is responsible for field engineering work for new installations and after-sales service of Syntegon's products at the Japanese subsidiary of Syntegon, a manufacturer with one of the world's largest shares of various packaging machines, such as filling and sterilization machines for pharmaceutical and food production lines.

- Work at customer sites (parts replacement, troubleshooting, improvement work, modification work) for ampule and vial washing, sterilization and filling machines, mainly for existing pharmaceuticals (liquid drugs), as well as food (vertical packaging machines, candy production lines, aseptic machines), solid preparations (capsule filling machines), and cartoning machines
- Installation work for new project machines (installation of machines at customer sites - trial operation start-up work and validation work assistance)
- Disassembly, removal and installation of machines associated with relocation work
- Other duties: Support for the work of engineers dispatched from the German headquarters
- Training to acquire skills at the German headquarters

・高校、高専、大卒：機械・電気系
・機械の組立、メンテナンス経験
・電気配線やシーケンス制御に関する知識経験（電気工事資格保有者歓迎）
・図面の理解、一般工具類の取り扱い経験
・国内出張業務が可能な方（長期出張が可能である事）
・フットワーク、チームワーク、コミュニケーション能力の高い方

※英語力については、実務での使用経験がなくてもご応募いただけます。

・High school, technical college, university graduate: mechanical/electrical engineering
・Experience in machine assembly and maintenance
・Knowledge and experience in electrical wiring and sequence control (electrical engineering qualifications welcome)
・Experience in understanding drawings and handling general tools
・Ability to travel domestically (long-term business trips available)
・High footwork, teamwork, and communication skills

*Business Japanese language skills are mandatory. Regarding English proficiency, you can apply even if you have no practical experience.
