東京を拠点とする、バイリンガルITエンジニア/システム管理者を募集しています。この職務は、将来のゲーム･マンガ業界を形作る製品を提供するという当社のミッションを実現するため、会社の全機能をサポートする重要な役割を担います。東京オフィス、ホノルルのオフィス、ソウルオフィスを拠点とする同僚と協力し、KOMODOのビジネスに不可欠なITサービスの信頼性、セキュリティ、パフォーマンスをローカルおよびクラウド上で確立、管理します。

担当業務

• 以下の分野にまたがる最新のクラウドに特化した技術ソリューションを通じて、ビジネスニーズや目標に対する技術サポートを提供する:  コラボレーションシステム、生産性アプリケーション、アイデンティティ＆アクセス管理、エンドポイント管理ツール、DNS管理、ウェブホスティング
• 社内外のチームやビジネスパートナーと技術的問題を解決する
• 組織のデータ、システム、ネットワークをサイバー脅威や不正アクセスから保護するためのセキュリティソリューションを導入･管理する
• 業界標準のクラウドプラットフォーム上で信頼性の高いITインフラを展開、管理、監視する
• ITサービス、インフラ、ソリューションに関する文書、手順、ポリシーを作成し、維持する
• システムのアップグレード、移行、拡張を含むITプロジェクトの計画と実行に貢献する
• ベンダーやサービス・プロバイダーと提携し、優れた料金を提供する

応募資格

• 日本語･英語共に話し言葉、書き言葉が流暢であること
• 迅速なIT環境での3年以上のシステム管理経験、およびGoogle Workspaceの経験
• 組織または企業におけるセキュリティポリシーの策定および関連ドキュメントの作成経験

• ネットワークの原則とプロトコル (DNS、DHCP、VLAN、VPN) についての深い理解
• サイバーセキュリティの成功事例、ツール、手順に関する知識
• SaaSツール（例：Slack、Office365、Zoomなど）の管理経験
• ハードウェアの購入、キッティング（初期設定、ソフトウェアインストール）、展開（設置、接続）および資産としての管理
• 組織能力、マルチタスク能力、自発性
• クリティカルシンキングと問題解決能力
• クラウドプラットフォーム (GCP、AWS、またはAzure) とサービス (IAM、コンピュート、ストレージ、データベース) の実務経験があれば尚可
• バージョン管理 (Git)、スクリプト言語 (Powershell、bash)、自動化ツールに関する知識があれば尚可

雇用形態：正社員

給料 : 経験とスキルに基づく。日本オフィスの場合、給与に45時間の固定残業代が含まれる、出勤日の交通費支給

The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Bilingual IT Engineer/Systems Admin based in Tokyo to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in supporting all company functions to deliver on our mission of providing products that shape the gaming and manga industries of the future. In this role, you will team up with your colleagues based out of the Tokyo, Honolulu, and Seoul studios to establish and manage the reliability, security, and performance of KOMODO’s business-critical IT services locally and in the cloud.

A successful candidate will love gaming and manga with a passion for using their technical wizardry to solve complex problems. You possess strong technical skills in system administration and seek opportunities for automation, configuration management, and continuous improvement. Your internal customer service skills are top-notch and you flourish in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for business needs and objectives through modern cloud-focused technology solutions spanning the following areas: collaboration systems, productivity applications, identity & access management, endpoint management tools, DNS management, and web hosting
• Solve escalated technical issues with both internal and external teams and business partners
• Implement and manage security solutions to protect our organization's data, systems, and networks from cyber threats and unauthorized access
• Deploy, manage, and monitor dependable IT infrastructure on industry-standard cloud platforms
• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and policies related to IT services, infrastructure, and solutions
• Contribute to planning and executing IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and expansions
• Engage and partner with vendors and service providers to provide us with great rates

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written Japanese and English
• 3+ years of experience in systems administration in a fast-paced IT environment, including Google Workspace
• Experience in establishing security policies and documentation for an organization or company

• Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, tools, and procedures

• Experience with SaaS tool management (e.g., Slack, Office365, Zoom, etc.)
• Experience with hardware provisioning, troubleshooting, and inventory management
• Excellent track record demonstrating organizational skills, multitasking adeptness, and initiative
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and services (IAM, compute, storage, databases) is a plus
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git), scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash), and automation tools is a plus

Salary： Based on experience and skills

In the case of the Japan office, the salary includes a fixed overtime allowance of 45 hours. Transportation expenses are provided for office commuting days.
