We're looking for a Co-founder + Business Development Manager to own the commercial side of the business from day one. You will be responsible for finding our first partners, closing our earliest customers, and building the sales engine that scales with us.

This is a high-ownership, high-upside role. You won't be given a playbook — you'll write it.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Find and sign strategic partners - accounting firms, fintech platforms, consultancies, and other channels where our product can live;

  • Drive sales end-to-end - prospecting, outreach, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing;

  • Build the sales motion from scratch - define our ICP, craft messaging, set up the pipeline, and iterate fast on what works;

  • Own revenue targets - set them, hit them, and compound them quarter over quarter;

  • Shape the product - feed customer insights directly back into the roadmap and help prioritize what we build next;

  • Represent the company externally - events, conferences, investor intros, partnership conversations;

  • Hire and scale the GTM team as we grow from first customers to first real revenue.

Nice to Have

Any of the following will make you a stronger fit - but none are strictly required:

  • Experience in tax, accounting, or fintech (deep domain knowledge is a major advantage);

  • A proven B2B sales or business development track record - partnerships closed, pipelines built, revenue delivered;

  • Prior startup or cofounder experience - especially at pre-seed or seed stage;

  • An existing network in the tax, accounting, SMB, or fintech ecosystem;

  • Comfort with modern sales tooling (CRM, outbound automation, analytics).
