As a Head of Destination Operations, you will be leading the end-to-end destination operating system across our global network. You'll own daily performance, efficiency improvement, and new market activations, ensuring we hit our ambitious targets: 93% GFS, 35% Great Rides, and 30% YoY growth. This is a strategic leadership role with both strategy ownership and operational execution. You'll lead teams, set goals, and ensure local signals flow into central teams while central strategy lands effectively in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead destination performance — Own GFS, Great Rides %, and Cost Efficiency across 400+ destinations
• Build and lead teams — Regional Managers, Destination Owners, Long-Tail Owners, Efficiency Specialists
• Drive efficiency — Own availability levers (blockings, cut-offs), EM spend guardrails, unit economics
• Own market activation — Launch pipeline and gates for new destinations, relaunches, and new services
• Enable pricing — Ensure local market signals flow to Pricing Ops for competitive positioning
• Drive feature adoption — Roll out product & ops features consistently across regions
• Ensure compliance — Maintain awareness of local regulations and escalate legal risks
• Orchestrate cross-functionally — Work tightly with Driver Supply, Service Partners, Pricing, Support, Product

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, with 3+ years leading multi-market or regional teams
• Proven track record in marketplace operations, logistics, or mobility
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decisions
• Experience with team building and people leadership
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Understanding of unit economics and margin management
• Experience in fast-growth, multi-geography environments
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
