Ο/Η εργάτης/ρια αναφέρεται απευθείας στον/στην Υπεύθυνο / Βοηθό Προϊσταμένου / Προϊστάμενο συντήρησης γηπέδου γκολφ, εκτελώντας όλες τις εργασίες που σχετίζονται με τη συντήρηση του γηπέδου γκολφ σε περιοχές με και χωρίς χλοοτάπητα εντός του γηπέδου γκολφ, σε αμμόλακους και στα μονοπάτια αμαξιδίων.
Η εργασία περιλαμβάνει τη χρήση διαφόρων τύπων εξοπλισμού, όπως χλοοκοπτικά για πεζούς και επιβαίνοντες, οχήματα πολλαπλών χρήσεων, τρακτέρ και ρυμουλκούμενα, καθώς και εργαλεία χειρός, και η απόδοσή του θα πρέπει να είναι πάντα σύμφωνη με τα υψηλά πρότυπα που επιδιώκει η εταιρεία.

Άδειες για εξειδικευμένα μηχανήματα ή εξοπλισμό (όπως περονοφόρα ανυψωτικά ή τρακτέρ) θεωρούνται πλεονεκτικές.
Εμπειρία σε δραστηριότητες συντήρησης, ιδιαίτερα σε γήπεδο ή σε παρόμοιο περιβάλλον, είναι επιθυμητή.
