Job Description
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive business plan for the regions of Central, West, and South India.
Establish and oversee sales targets and ensure they are achieved.
Track Year-on-Year (YoY) growth metrics to assess and improve sales performance.
Supervise and guide a team of sales representatives to optimize their performance and achieve sales objectives.
Evaluate and address growth opportunities to drive revenue and market share expansion.
Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)
Provide regular reports on business performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Providing guidance and support to the direct reportees
Conduct regular analysis of customer behavior and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience in sales management, business development, or a related role within the Indian market.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of market research and sales performance metrics.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Willingness to travel frequently across the designated region
