Overview
We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our CreativeX team in Sarjapur, Bangalore.
Responsibilites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including monetization, Ads, product, product design, engineering, and marketing to create visually stunning and delightful user experiences across Zepto's digital platforms.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Zepto's design systems, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity and guidelines.
- Conceptualize and design engaging visual assets for advertisements, promotional materials, product interfaces, and marketing campaigns.
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing, and data insights to continuously improve the user experience and drive user engagement and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and maintain Zepto's position as a leader in design excellence.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful designs across various digital platforms.
- Experience contributing to design systems and maintaining consistency across digital products.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for user-centered design and a commitment to creating delightful experiences that resonate with users and drive brand love.
