Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer with over 4 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong visual craft, expertise in user research, and a proven track record of building products that people love.
As a Senior Product Designer at Zepto, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual aesthetics of our products, ensuring they meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our users.
Responsibilites
- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions
- .Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with Zepto's brand and user needs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our products.
- Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
Requirements and Skills
- PMinimum of 4 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- .Proficiency in design tools such as Spline, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Rive etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
