Overview
You will be a pivotal leader on the consumer side of our app. Your primary responsibility will be to craft beautiful and intuitive user experiences that delight our customers. Leading a team of 5 talented designers, you will mentor and inspire them to push the boundaries of design excellence.
Your role requires a blend of creative vision, strong mentorship skills, and a solid business understanding to closely collaborate with product and tech leaders.

Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of product design experience, with significant experience in the startup space.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring design teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing beautiful and effective user experiences.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into user-friendly designs.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and data-driven design.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
