We are excited to welcome a motivated professional to our growing Customer Succuss Technology team. As a Zendesk Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the ongoing management of our Zendesk system. Join our tight-knit team and contribute to the development and realization of our overarching CRM strategy.
You will work closely with our technology and business teams to analyze requirements, configure the system, and provide ongoing support to ensure the efficient and effective use of Zendesk across our organization.
