About Ogilvy

Ogilvy is the leading marketing communications agency in Hong Kong and the largest communications network in Asia. We are a creative transformation company looking to impact culture and fame for brands and businesses in Hong Kong. As people are our biggest asset, we are looking for young stars who can grow with us and become our future business leaders.

About The Role

This is an on-the-job training opportunity. Each young talent will be assigned to a mentor or more for coaching and participating in ongoing projects with real work experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Creativity is our most valuable and irreplaceable asset. So, we are seeking someone who sees the potential in every concept, and can inventively express and communicate its core message.
  • You are a bit of a creative magician, who can turn insights into imagination, dreaming-up engaging ideas and visuals that get people talking.
  • You're a natural leader, but in our collaborative business, being a team player is equally important, as you know that the best ideas often emerge from strong partnerships.

What You’ll Need

  • To be a 3rd or final-year student available for a full-time fellowship from September 2024
  • As a budding art director/designer, you have a familiarity and skill with the latest design software and apps, as well as a keen curiosity about the latest trends and ideas in visual communications.
  • To be interested in our work and are thrilled at the opportunity to become a part of our team.
  • A visual perfectionist who continues to strive for the best and breakthrough norms, injecting new ideas and fresh vision aesthetically.
  • To be a self-motivated and dynamic individual with an excellent work ethic and personal morals.
  • Fuelled by personal drive and a proactive, independent spirit, you're a strong executor with the ambition to help us reach new heights.

How We’ll Support You

Ogilvy celebrates its people. Fully. Enthusiastically. Unhesitatingly. We’ll empower you with the tools you’ll need to succeed. We’ll give you the autonomy to seek out new paths and better ways of doing things. We’ll support you with colleagues who are experts in their disciplines, drawn from across the Ogilvy network. And we’ll provide opportunities for you to work with people you’ll be proud to call your teammates.

Our program will run from September 2024.
