  • Write descriptions of the world, factions, characters, and history to serve as a resource for the game’s overall development.
  • Collaborate deeply with other disciplines and serve as a resource for other team members, inspiring and providing context to the content they are creating.
  • Conduct research and documentation, perform necessary editing tasks, provide feedback on works in progress through daily playtesting, and engage in hands-on engine work to bring ideas to life.

  • Familiar with the unique challenges of design and storytelling in games, with a knack for developing creative solutions to enhance the development process.
  • Skilled in rapid iteration and collaboration based on feedback, especially when under tight deadlines and production constraints.
  • Strong passion for storytelling in games and an understanding of how to create representative and authentic characters by leveraging knowledge of today's pop culture and entertainment landscape.

Relevant experience:

  • Familiarity working in Google Suit, Microsoft Suit, and in-engine experience is a plus!
