Primary Function of Position
As a Workplace Services Program Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the workplace environment to ensure an exceptional employee experience across the Eastern US Region including but not limited to Peachtree Corners GA, Blacksburg VA, Chapel Hill NC, Durham NC, Raleigh NC, Orange CT, Southaven MS. This role involves oversight and management of regional workplace services, including but not limited to corporate dining and coffee programs, onsite mail services, branded merchandise offerings, wellness and amenities spaces, meetings, events, and transportation solutions. You will engage with cross-functional teams to innovate and excel in service delivery, directly impacting employee satisfaction and operational success. You will be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. Roles & Responsibilities
Program and Experience Management:
- Manage employee experience programs at sites in the East US region, including corporate dining and coffee programs, onsite mail services, branded merchandise offerings, wellness and amenities spaces, meetings, events, and transportation solutions to align with organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
- The Program Manager is expected to walk the facilities regularly with IFM partners and ensure that the services in the buildings are up to standards. The expectation is to submit work orders and follow up with the responsible parties to ensure that the work is completed.
- Enthusiastically drive service level excellence, managing suppliers and holding them accountable to established SLAs and KPIs.
- Communicate service level objectives effectively to both on-site and remote staff, ensuring excellence in service execution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines, safety & security procedures.
Administrative and Operational Oversight:
- Provide program updates and reports on an as needed basis to stakeholders and executive level leadership across the organization.
- Lead daily activities to ensure a highly functional, efficient, and safe working environment across all facilities.
- Manage vendor service contracts, performance reviews, and RFP processes, ensuring top-tier service delivery and financial prudence.
- Provide planning, budget, schedule facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs.
Technology and Communication:
- Utilize technology to enhance task performance and operational efficiency.
- Utilize effective communication practices, both orally and in writing, to foster clear and concise exchange of information.
- Manage employee communications including internal employee resources, collecting feedback and developing progressive solutions based on data.
Financial Stewardship and Sustainability:
- Review program financials regularly to ensure spend is tracking to budgeted amounts. If there are variances, work with the supplier to determine and address the cause.
- Track and report development and progress of sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate social responsibility goals. Recommend changes as needed.
- Manage the Workplace Experience Portal ensuring content management and prompt updates to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage and update internal employee resource websites (as needed) with current information.
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or minimum 6 years of progressively responsible experience in the strategic and operational aspects of facilities / employee programs in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
- Advanced ability to review and interpret data. Our suppliers will be providing data to reflect how their program is operating. The expectation is that the Program Manager will review the data / financials .
- Excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a commitment to placing employee well-being at the forefront, delivering superior customer service.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with Archibus preferred.
- Capacity to effectively navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented corporate environment.
- Ability to travel independently to various sites across the Eastern US Region.
- Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm to drive SLA attainment and exceed expectations. Ensure service levels are clearly communicated, understood, and performed by staff at local and remote sites.
- Highly developed interpersonal / communication skills. Writing and speaking skills through written proposals, meeting facilitation, and oral presentations are essential.
- The expectation for this role is to walk the facilities on a regular basis to assess services and overall building health.

- This position requires daily onsite work in our Peachtree Corners, GA office

It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
