Workplace Services Program Manager (Corporate Food Services)

As Workplace Services Program Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all Workplace Services initiatives and programs. The main focus will be on managing Corporate Food Services, in addition to supporting Transportation programs and the overall employee experience. This includes reviewing the finances for each program and tracking the spend against the allocated budget. This role will have direct input into developing, implementing, and maintaining effective processes for the efficient operation of all Workplace Services programs. You will engage with cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design, and develop programs, policies, and processes that enhance the employee workplace experience. You will be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.

Essential Job Duties (Specific responsibilities and tasks an individual would be expected to perform in the role. Additional job duties may be determined by functional people manager)

  • Manage supplier relationships including vendor service contracts, periodic and ongoing performance & budget (KPI, SLAs), conducting RFPs, and assuring performance of program.
  • Review program financials regularly to ensure spend is tracking to budgeted amounts. If there are variances, work with the supplier to determine and address the cause.
  • Manage employee communications including internal employee resources, collecting feedback and developing progressive solutions based on data.
  • Manage employee experience programs including but not limited to Corporate Food Services, Transportation, Amenities & Perks.
  • The Program Manager is expected to walk the facilities regularly with IFM partners and ensure that the services in the buildings are up to standards. The expectation is to submit work orders and follow up with the responsible parties to ensure that the work is completed.
  • Report out on program updates on a weekly, monthly basis to all levels of the organization.

Required Skills and Experience (Specific skills, knowledge, and experience that an individual must possess in order to successfully perform in job)

  • Proven success in managing a Corporate Food Services program with an annual spend of $2M+
  • The ability to review and interpret data. Our suppliers will be providing data to reflect how their program is operating, the Program Manager is responsible for collecting and analyzing the data to measure the effectiveness of any given program.
  • Experience managing suppliers and holding them accountable to established SLAs and KPIs.
  • Experience with activating services in newly constructed buildings.
  • Highly developed interpersonal / communication skills. Writing and speaking skills through written proposals, meeting facilitation, and oral presentations are essential.

Required Education and Training (As applicable - Specific education and training that an individual must possess in order to successfully perform in job)

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or minimum 3-5 years of experience in the strategic and operational aspects of facilities / employee programs in a high-growth, dynamic environment.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
