About the role

In your role as a Workplace Manager (all genders), you will ensure that our day-to-day office life runs smoothly. Planning appointments, coordinating meetings, managing documents, supporting us in communicating with customers and business partners and organising the workflow efficiently.


What you'll be doing

-Supporting the handling of all administrative and organisational tasks.
-Welcoming our customers and prepare meeting rooms.
-Organising and supporting internal events and company functions (film evenings, team events, company meetings, etc.).
-Responsible for the entire office organisation: mail acceptance & dispatch, coordination of facility management, fleet management, property management, order management, repair and maintenance requests.
-Main contact person for the People Operations team at our parent company. 
-Responsible for travel management and support our employees with all requests related to everyday office life.
-Responsible for ensuring that our offices are visually appealing.


What we're looking for


-Commercial training (e.g. in office management/communication) or comparable qualification.
-Create a pleasant environment for your colleagues, guests and customers with your friendly, courteous and confident manner.
-Talent for organisation, are stress resistant and enjoy working in a team.
-Quick grasp of things and above-average commitment.
-Fast, reliable way of working and enjoy taking responsibility for your own projects.
-Passion for communication and organisation
-Fluent German and English is essential
