About the Role
As a Workplace Management Specialist at Clari India, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of workplace operations, ensuring a productive and efficient environment for employees. In addition, you will manage logistics for travellers visiting Clari India, ensuring their needs are met seamlessly. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional workplace experience for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the workplace, including facilities and workplace management
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
- Coordination of onboarding tasks
- Administration support for the Site Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for travellers visiting Clari India, providing support and assistance throughout their stay
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary planning
- Plan and execute in-person company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements and on-site coordination
- Evaluate event feedback and implement improvements for future events
- Coordinate logistics of meetings and conference calls, including meeting space, communications, and catering
- Work closely with other administrative support team members to collectively ensure remarkable and seamless service to the leadership team
- Coordinate with the senior management team on special projects, priorities, and status updates
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of supporting workplace management, facilities operations, or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels within an organization with a customer service-oriented approach
- Operate with integrity; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Google Suite, particularly Calendar, Slides, and Docs and ability to learn new software and tools that are specific to Clari
- Highly reliable and resourceful, committed to delivering results on time
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
- Local language knowledge: Must be fluent in Kannada. Hindi knowledge a plus
- Ability to be on-site in our Bangalore office as needed
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices is a plus
- Experience in event planning and logistics coordination is a plus
