As the Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a great workplace experience for our employees in Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and partners to create an engaging and productive workplace environment that aligns with Sinch's values and culture.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • The overall facility operations of multiple offices, ensuring all functions run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage health and safety aspects according to regulation.
  • Curate, cultivate and maintain relationships with all upstream stakeholders (i.e. Sinch Business Leaders in the region) rendering ensure FM support to meet business objectives. Assist, consult, advise and guide Sinch colleagues on facility and travel services.
  • Establish, build and maintain downstream relationships with regional FM stakeholders like property managers, office suppliers, sub-contractors etc. to enable deliveries and project works to be scheduled and completed.
  • Cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and lunchroom areas and equipment
  • Kitchen re-stock, clean and empty dishwasher, coffee machine cleaning – daily morning and afternoon
  • Preparation and upkeep for meeting rooms and associated catering needs.
  • Plan lunches and small functions.
  • Clearing meeting rooms, tidying the office
  • Greet and assist other visitors such as couriers, food service deliveries, consultants and building maintenance.
  • Face of the Sinch Facilities team to all functions and colleagues on any information requests.
  • Project lead for any required uplift or changes to the office floor e.g., working closely with external project managers.
  • Management of events for multiple offices. End to end, booking, planning, executing.
  • Working closely with HR from a cultural perspective for a great workplace experience to colleagues.
  • Catering for workshops and office morning teas.
  • Maintaining a vibrant atmosphere for in-house events, ensuring our office is always immaculate and inviting.
  • Various administrative tasks, e.g. raise POs, arrange meetings, issue invitations, process invoices, maintain MIS of services etc.
  • Assist all employees with their travel arrangements in accordance with the Travel policy.
  • Work closely with HR and Internal IT to support the new starter on boarding process with courier for laptops, pickups and new starter passes
  • Manage any internal communications where required, for example global public holidays and new starter weekly email.

 

To be successful as the Workplace Experience Manager, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience in workplace or facilities management roles.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and requirements.
  • Experience in managing relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors and service providers.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus.
