About Your Role

As the Workplace Experience Manager at Harrison.ai you are the steward of the Harrison Campus, supporting all entities and teams to access the space and plan their events. 
 
Based out of Haymarket in Sydney, the Harrison Campus is a collaborative and creative space housing both Harrison and our ventures, Annalise and Franklin. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of duties including reception management, organising social and team building events, meeting room coordination, liaising with building management, and maintaining the day to day running of the office. We’re looking for someone friendly, motivated, and adaptable who can manage an office environment with high level service, and who can jump in and help others in the company when it’s needed. 

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the Harrison Sydney Campus in collaboration with the Ops and People & Culture teams, 
  • Provide world class customer service to Harrison, Annalise, and Franklin, 
  • Carry out reception duties including greeting incoming guests, managing check-in system, mail and deliveries, 
  • Manage meeting room booking system and ensure meeting room set up, 
  • Ensure the upkeep of meeting rooms, stocking kitchen (coffee/tea) and stationery including paper and printer supplies, 
  • Liaise with property management to resolve any building maintenance issues and organise repairs, 
  • Work with Operations and People & Culture to coordinate the office calendar, and plan and deliver social events, 
  • Ensure the kitchen is equipped, clean and available for the teams to use, 
  • Assist with catering and set up for on-site events as required for general staff, and 
  • Complete ad hoc administrative tasks as required. 

What You'll Bring:

  • Relevant Experience – You possessprevious experience in Office Management or a similar role 
  • Team Work - You’re a team player and can work with people of different backgrounds and levels of seniority 
  • Communication – You possess professional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proactivity - You’re a self-starter, able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities, and 
  • Creativity – You'recreative, and enjoy coming up with ideas for events and team building activities, and turning them into reality. 

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience in hospitality and/or a coworking environment is an advantage, and
  • First Aid Training and responsible service of alcohol are preferred but not required.
