What you’ll do
Brex is on an exciting journey of growth, and we’re seeking a Workplace Experience Lead to help shape the future of our hybrid culture! In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Workplace Experience to drive our office expansion, bringing our ambitious vision to life. You’ll also collaborate with our local office managers to ensure the office systems and processes are built to sustain a high-growth workspace.
As we broaden our geographical reach and elevate the workplace experience, we're seeking someone with a strong operational background, who has a wealth of knowledge working with external vendors and partners, and who brings creativity and a positive attitude to every challenge. Where you’ll work
This role will be based in our San Francisco office. You must be willing to work in office at least 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $103,960 - $129,950. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
