Workplace Culture and Employer Branding Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and structured Workplace Culture & Employer Branding Specialist to lead in developing and implementing a strategy that grows a positive workplace culture and a compelling employer brand. This role will ensure that QUALCO’s values and culture are reflected in all aspects of the employee lifecycle and external brand presence. The role is responsible for encompassing content and channels, campaigns, and internal & external positioning to differentiate and amplify QUALCO’s brand among potential hires in alignment with our company’s values, targets, and principles.

Specifically, you will:

  • Design and implement initiatives that enhance workplace culture, promote employee engagement, and support the company’s core values.
  • Develop programs and activities that improve the employee experience.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback on workplace culture and identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace environment.
  • Create and execute internal communication plans to ensure employees are informed and engaged with company news, updates, and initiatives.
  • Facilitate the dissemination of key information to employees, ensuring it is accessible and understandable, administering various internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and external social media platforms.
  • Maintain an internal communications calendar to ensure timely delivery of messages; Track and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications efforts through surveys, feedback, and analytics tools.
  • Create compelling Employer Branding content for internal and external platforms, showcasing our culture and values.
  • Develop, track, and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Constantly promote our Employer Value Proposition in all communications and ensure Employer Branding consistency, across content and channels.
  • Propose and actively participate in internal and external Employer Branding projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends.
  • Maintain and develop the Group’s career pages and corporate pages on online platforms.
  • Organise and run career events (conducting on-the-spot interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience).
  • Build and nurture communities (e.g. Brand Ambassadors) within the organisation.
  • Act as a Workplace Culture & Employer Branding ambassador, ensuring a consistent tone of voice in all communications.
  • Measure, monitor and report the effectiveness of our employer branding initiatives and use data to continuously improve our strategies.
  • Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and support the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

To be considered you must have:

  • MSc degree in Human Resources/ Marketing or relevant field;
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Employer Branding and/or Recruitment Marketing, Employee Experience or internal and external communications;
  • Previous experience in developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and experience using them to promote employer brand messaging.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills on both Greek & English language;
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills;
  • Creative mindset and proactive problem-solving skills;
  • A positive, “can do” attitude.
