The Role:

Our Workplace Coordinator role supports a multitude of operational functions in our office while maintaining a creative, collaborative and productive environment. Successful candidates will have an entrepreneurial drive, a passion for creating and maintaining relationships, the ability to manage competing priorities, strong organizational skills and possess a proactive and innovative approach to solving problems. This position will report to DailyPay’s Office Manager.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Office Management
    ○ Ensure smooth operation of office functions and address team member concerns
    ○ Manage office supplies, equipment, and swag inventory
    ○ Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and security

  • Event Coordination & Community Building
    ○ Organize employee functions, ERG events, and in-office catering
    ○ Foster a sense of community through daily interactions and monthly events

  • Vendor Management
    ○ Establish and manage relationships with service providers
    ○ Ensure timely invoicing and contract reviews

  •  Administrative Support
    ○ Handle inquiries and maintain effective communication channels
    ○ Manage Amazon Business account and Jira/Kanban ticket queues

  • Reporting & Documentation

    ○ Track and report monthly expenditures and KPIs
    ○ Maintain workplace documentation and communications

  •  Continuous Improvement
    ○ Develop and implement process improvements for enhanced employee experience
    ○ Conduct regular quality control walkthroughs

What You Bring to The Team:

  •  Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  •  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  •  Experience in hospitality, customer service, or operations preferred
  •  Ability to lift 35 lbs
  •  On-site presence required

Pay Transparency.  DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
