We are looking for a Working Student: Reception (all genders)
You are part of the Office Management Team, which supports each other in all matters and always tries to make everyday work as easy and as hassle-free as possible for all Babbel employees.
You will:
- Being a friendly face and go-to person for guests
- Ensuring the representative appearance of our reception area & independent organization of the entire reception area
- Supervision of our switchboard as the first point of contact
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries & courier
- Independently take care of fixed administrative task
- Work closely with the office management team and assumption of special tasks if needed
You are:
- Enrolled as a student
- A natural host & a people person with organizational skills
- A person who gets a kick from creating a welcoming experience
- Responsible and have the desire to empower & relieve those around you
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Available at least 16hrs/week for a minimum six months working student position
You have:
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs and experienced handling of Internet applications and research
- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
- Professional friendly appearance, a high degree of responsibility and independent working methods
- Excellent teamwork and service orientation
Nice to have
- Basic practical knowledge in office management task
- High intercultural awareness and engagement to collaborate across diverse teams
- Proficiency in foreign languages
