Who we need
We are seeking a Working Student - Performance Marketing to join our team of talented professionals.
You’ll join an internal unit of digital advertising experts, working closely with our Campaigns, Design, BI, and MarTech teams to ensure we remain at the cutting edge of entertainment marketing for our clients. You will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Performance Marketing from a passionate team.

What you will be doing
- Assisting our campaigns team with a range of operational topics, including advertiser account creation, configuration, and access management.
- Defining target audiences based on interests and movie tastes, creating and sharing our first-party audiences for relevant campaigns.
- Contributing to benchmarking analysis of our campaigns across all advertising platforms and assisting with price forecasting.
- Supporting the wider campaigns team with all forms of ad-hoc data analysis.
- Helping with keyword research for our internal Paid Search campaigns, crafting compelling ad copy, and extracting actionable insights from our weekly reports.
- Assisting with our regular campaign reporting to senior leadership, identifying trends in our campaigns and the wider advertising ecosystem.
- Creating, monitoring, and reporting on internal test campaigns across all advertising platforms.
- Building hands-on knowledge of a wealth of topics related to online marketing from a team of experts who are keen to guide you at the start of your career.
- Ad-hoc requests related to audience insights, market trends, advertising platform updates, and more.
What we need from you
- Analytical and number-driven mindset (you have excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills).
- You have to be enrolled at a German University working towards your Bachelor / Master. If you are not a student in Germany, your application will be rejected immediately.
- Beginner-level experience with, or a strong interest in, online marketing and the usual tools like Google Ads, DV360, Meta Business Manager or TikTok Ads.
- A hands-on mentality and ability to pay attention to detail even when dealing with tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of English.
