About our Digital Marketing - B2B Team  

 We’re numbers-driven performance marketers who focus on our B2B clients’ pipeline revenue and bottom-line value. We specialize in building and executing performance marketing strategies for B2B clients with long sales cycles and complex customer journeys. 

The B2B team at the Hamburg location focuses on Personal Branding, Lead Research and Client Engagement and is looking for a Working Student – Marketing & Business Development (f/m/d). The goal is to support our clients in developing strategies and tactics that help them improve their marketing and increase their sales. The position is part-time (max. 20 hours per week) and located in Hamburg. 

How Would You Spend Your Time with Us? 

  • You support the clients with lead research and client engagement to identify and connect with potential clients 
  • You create and analyze outreach campaigns and derive actionable insights 
  • You coordinate LinkedIn publications and assist in content planning for our outreach activities 
  • You support in monitoring and reporting on outreach performance, using relevant KPIs 
  • You keep up to date with trends in LinkedIn and other social media channels to optimize outreach strategies 

Requirements

Who Are You? 

  • You are an analytical thinker with a structured and self-organized working style 
  • You are interested in B2B marketing, lead generation, and outreach strategies 
  • You are comfortable working with web-based tools and learning new tools 
  • You have a keen eye for detail and are quality- and solution-oriented 
  • You are proactive, reliable, and able to prioritize tasksindependently 
  • You have solid skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
  • You have fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (C1 level)
