We are looking for an Internal IT Working Student (all genders) to start immediately in our office in Berlin, Germany!
This position is a limited contract for one year.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Working together with the Internal IT team on providing efficient and methodical service
- Assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Deploying and maintaining technical equipment for employees
- Inventory tracking of deployed technical equipment
- Administrating access for internal technical services
You are:
- Eager to work in an international company with an international team
- Proactive and self-reliant - you work independently to achieve goals and prioritise work as needed
- Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about IT and technology as a whole
- Solving technical problems and contributing to process changes
You have:
- Experience supporting macOS and Windows computers
- Excellent written and spoken English skills (at least CEFR C1)
- An analytical mindset and are able to communicate complex matters in a structured ways
Nice to have:
- Experience using Google products
- Written and spoken German skills (at least CEFR B2)
