We’re currently expanding our Operations Team and looking for an Working Student Fund Operations (f/m) who wants to enter the world of VC ops and join us at our Berlin (hybrid/onsite) office.
What will you be working on?
As our Working Student Fund Operations at Point Nine, you’ll be an essential member of our operations team and will work on a variety of tasks:
You’ll support in data collection (portfolio companies: eg. KPIs, annual accounts; investors: eg. W-Forms, CRS updates, etc.) and maintaining a consistent portfolio KPI reporting.
You’ll support the submission of regulatory reporting (eg. AWV, German Federal Bank, FATCA, CRS).
You’ll own a variety of administrative tasks related to financial statements.
You’ll assist our legal and operations teams in the processing of transactions and related documentation.
You’ll support our Anti-Money Laundering Officer in regular AML updates of our business partners.
You’ll participate in more strategic projects and analyses.
You’ll report to our Head of Finance but support the whole operations team.
