The Industrial Engineering Department (Tires) at our location Hannover-Stöcken is driving Manufacturing Efficiency and the Digital Transformation to achieve Operational Excellence.
Within this exciting work environment, we are offering a position as working student (m/w/diverse) for up to 20 hours per week and with the possibility to start as soon as possible. Ideally, the deployment period should last 12 months.
Tasks include:
- Recommend and create suitable marketing materials (print & digital) for internal communications to gain attention and understanding of our IET activities.
- Support the Training and Development Specialist to develop training materials and organize training wave for IET relevant trainings.
- Support the organization, marketing and organization of internal conventions and events.
- Conceptual and strategic development of internal marketing and communication for Industrial Engineering Tires (IET) e.g. Presentations, print materials, videos, imagery, etc.
- Manage and maintain established and new communication channels for IET to reach stakeholders (e.g. ConNext, Intranet, Newsletters, MS Stream, SharePoint Websites)
- Adhere to the company style guide to ensure high-quality and error-free communications and marketing content.
- Student of Business Administration, Marketing or Communications, or a related field like Media Design
- Knowledge and experience in creating impactful training content and techniques will be beneficial
- Experience in writing texts and articles
- Safe handling of MS Office-programs, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Affinity for creating and designing web pagers, posters, editing videos.
- Fluent German and good English skills, written and spoken
- Good networking and communication skills
- Moderation/Facilitation/Presentation skills
