The CIA team is part of the EMEA Sales Operations Team, the EMEA Sales Operations team focus areas are the Sales-Go-to Market strategy and to enable the sales teams to sell better, faster and most efficiently.
As a Customer Intelligence Analyst (CIA) you will be enabling planting the first seed in selling Mendix!
As a Customer Intelligence Analyst (CIA) you will
- First and foremost, work closely with the Business Development Team to find the most promising leads
- Provide the Business Development Team with the details to effectively reach potential new prospects
- Work on improving our data quality
- Provide data support to the Sales department
As a CIA you should have:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Communication, Marketing, Economics, Business Studies or related field
- Verbal and written communications skills in English is essential and Dutch would be a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Salesforce CRM preferred
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Team-working skills
- A sense of ownership and responsibility
- The ability to work part-time (minimum of 8 hours a week)
