The Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a Working Student or apprentice to support our Corporate Finance team. This role offers hands-on experience in researching market trends, analyzing opportunities, and assisting with financial modeling for market expansion. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, open-minded, and collaborative. You’ll gain a solid foundation in corporate finance and market analysis, contributing to the company’s growth within the Life Sciences and SaaS sectors.

Market screening & competitive benchmarking: Conduct research on key sectors (SaaS, pharmaceuticals, healthcare), identifying trends, market dynamics, and potential areas for expansion.
Benchmarking opportunities: Analyze market size, growth rates, customer demand, and competitive landscapes to highlight opportunities.
Trend monitoring: Keep track of emerging trends and technological advancements that could present growth opportunities or risks to the business.
Report preparation: Assist in preparing weekly market briefings and reports summarizing relevant market insights for the leadership team.
Financial modeling: Support the team in financial modeling related to market entry and expansion, including revenue projections and cost assessments.
Forecasting and planning: Assist with forecasting and long-term financial planning by incorporating market research insights into the models.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure alignment with corporate finance strategies and market research findings.
