The opportunity
We are excited to welcome a Working Student to our Sales Operations team. If you are motivated and ready to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing operations, this role is perfect for you.
Your responsibilities
- You support in maintaining and managing the CRM system and sales tools
- You help to ensure our CRM and sales tools are always up-to-date and operational
- You ensure our customer database is always current
- You generate regular reports and analyses to gain valuable insights from our data
- You identify and generate potential customer contacts to support our sales team
- You assist in the preparation and implementation of planned marketing campaigns
- You collaborate with various sales tools and help automate our CRM processes
What you need to succeed
- You are enrolled as a student at a university with at least 2 semesters remaining in your studies
- You have initial practical experience in similar areas and are interested in a long-term position
- You have analytical skills and a good understanding of complex interrelationships
- You enjoy working with numbers and data analysis
- You are a team player and always show initiative
- You are independent and meticulous in your daily work
- You are proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Excel
- You have good command of spoken and written English; German skills are desirable
