As the Workforce and Rotations Analyst you will have the opportunity to ensure that health center staff rotations meet quality standards set by the Agency. You'll participate in the ongoing evaluation of workforce scheduling processes for continuous quality improvement.

This critical position will create and maintain scheduling tools to ensure the most up-to-date staff, schedule and FTE information. In addition, this position will maintain the scheduling software to ensure the most up-to-date staff and rotation data to support the scheduling office department by collecting, analyzing and interpreting health center workforce data, elevating insights to support strategic decisions around health center hiring, training and optimization.

The ideal candidate will also have knowledge and on-the field experience in medical staffing, scheduling logistics, and data analytics. In this role, you'll get to:

  • Analyze workforce trends and requirements to forecast staffing needs.

  • Maintain workforce models and projections to ensure alignment with organizational goals both short-term and long-term.

  • Contribute to strategic planning by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce and scheduling data related to optimal coverage, reduction in labor costs and employee turnover.

  • Ensure the accuracy of workforce-related databases and systems. Generates reports and dashboards that provide insights into workforce metrics and trends.

  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance workforce performance.

  • Maintains excellent relationships with health center leadership, HR, and support departments to understand workforce needs and challenges.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to management and stakeholders.

  • Maintains strict confidentiality on all HR and staffing matters.

  • Assist Scheduling Office on special projects and meeting staffing goals.

What we're looking for:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required and Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required

  • 2+ years Experience in Staffing/Scheduling or logistics required and 2+ years Experience in reporting and/or data analytics required

  • Demonstrated analytical and technical skills required

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) required

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines required

  • Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends and to work at/travel between centers and administration required

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality required

  • Curiosity, desire and ability to go beyond answering the original question with other observations and suggestions for improvement required

  • Flexible and able to take on new responsibilities with expanding needs required
