We are seeking experienced Workday Student Integration Consultants to join our dynamic ERP migration team at various client colleges and universities. This position is crucial to the success of new Workday implementations. As part of our consulting team, the Workday Student Integrations Consultant is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing integrations between Workday and other third-party software. This role involves close collaboration with various academic and administrative departments to ensure the ERP system effectively supports the institution's mission and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations focused on the Workday Student system using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.
- Work closely with functional areas and IT to gather and interpret integration requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications to develop reliable and efficient integration.
- Ensure the integrity and security of institutional data through rigorous testing and troubleshooting of integrations.
- Provide support and continuous enhancements for existing integrations, addressing any integration issues promptly.
- Document all integration processes thoroughly and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Keep abreast of updates in Workday Student functionalities and adapt integrations to accommodate changes and new features.
- Monitor integrations and troubleshoot any issues that arise, utilizing subject matter expertise, advanced troubleshooting skills, and vendor resources to resolve problems efficiently.
- Prepare and deliver frequent status reports detailing progress, issues, and roadblocks.
- Respond promptly to service tickets and user queries, providing timely technical support and escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other developers as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment and enhancing collective technical expertise.
