Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with Talent and Performance configuration experience. The individual will be a key member of the implementation team, responsible for leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of the Workday solutions to meet the needs of end users Talent and Performance management needs.
Top Skills:
Workday Talent and Performance configuration experience (must have a solid understanding of configurations and processes within the platform).
Experience leading requirement gathering sessions with business users, breaking down requirements into milestones and user stories in Jira, and presenting to Stakeholders and translating into technical requirements. Additional duties may include configuration of user profiles, UAT, conducting root cause analysis, etc.
Project Management/Product Owner experience is a plus as this person will be managing their day to day work/projects they are supporting and can help out with other projects the team has requiring implementation within the Workday Talent and Performance Management space.
