The Business Applications, Core HR & Talent team of Devoteam Group is looking for its new Workday Business Analyst &PMO to join the IT department. Workday for Devoteam is deployed in all our 28 countries, around 82 entities and continues to grow constantly.
As a Workday Business Analyst, your role will be to:
- Platform Configuration & Optimization:
- Configure HCM modules functionalities (Business process,security,reporting,compensation);
- Analyze existing processes & functionalities to identify areas for improvement;
- Recommend and implement optimizations to enhance the platform efficiency and effectiveness;
- Requirements Gathering and Solution Design:
- Engage & collaborate with our stakeholders (HR, finance,data teams) to gather business requirements & recommend solutions of high standards
- Translate business requirements into Workday solutions
- Continuous Learning and Innovation:
- Stay updated on Workday releases, enhancements, and industry/market trends
- Recommend and implement new features or improvements to optimize Workday usage & adoption
- Manage the Wamba Community (Workday Ambassadors):
- Animate monthly meetings (in French and English);
- Provide specific training sessions
- Training and User Adoption Support:
- Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users
- Support ongoing user adoption efforts, addressing questions and concerns as needed
- Keep up to date the end users documentation:
- Write the new training cards, and update the training platform when the UI is updated
- Document existing and newly implemented Workday processes, configurations, and best practices
- Create comprehensive user guides, manuals, and process documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
As a PMO, your role will consist of:
- Ensure Core HR & Talent IT projects are efficiently managed by
- Managing the Core HR & Talent Workforce & the team’s capacity planning
- Prepare monthly sprints of the team
- Creating & following all projects plans in ServiceNow
- Customer centric approach ++

- Fluent French/English
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheet
- Ability to listen, challenge and formalise business needs;
- Ability to communicate and interact with key management players.

- (ITSM/ITBM) knowledge (Service Now is a plus)
- + 2 years of experience as Workday Business Analyst
