Senior System Administrator
The Pentagon, Washington, DC (On-site position)

As the Senior System Administrator (Windows), your responsibilities include:
• Performs high level functional and IT analysis.
• Designs, develops, integrates, and documents, assistance on problems, which require a thorough knowledge of the technical subject matter for effective system deployment.
• Supports all phases of systems development.
• Applies sound principles and methods to difficult problems in technical areas to arrive at automated solutions.
• Performs system backups and recovery.
• Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. Designs and prepares technical reports and related documentation, and makes charts and graphs to record results.
• Prepares and delivers presentations and briefings.
To qualify, you will need:
• DOD Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
• Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college or university with a curriculum or major field of study in computer science, information system plus six (6) years of task related experience; OR Associates’ degree from a college or university with a curriculum or major field of study in computer science, information system, plus eight (8) years task related experience; OR an applicable training certificate issued in accordance with guidelines provided by the software vendor (i.e. Microsoft MCSE/MCSA, Oracle DBA,) from an accredited training institution plus twelve (12) years of task related experience.
• CompTIA Security+CE or equivalent IAT II certification
• Windows Operating system/computing environment certification.
