WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You will perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities (3rd level environment) needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI's
- You will plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure to support organization's business processes.
- You will identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.
- You will administrate IT operations of Microsoft Windows Server (Azure Infrastructure Services File, Print, Terminal, Cluster Services, Active Directory, DNS), Microsoft 365 technologies / Azure Active Directory , Azure Virtual
- You will participate in the automation and standardization of workflows with suitable scripts (PowerShell)
- You will independently carry out simple troubleshooting or error corrections or their processing
- You will process of order and change measures
- Participation on on-call duties , independent solving and troubleshooting of incidents and errors within the defined expertise
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
• You speak fluently German and English
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, M365 & Windows Server Infrastructure Services
•You are skilled in automation with PowerShell script
• You have good knowledge of VMware (advantage)
•You are customer-oriented, you have structured way of working and you are a great team player
