To drive sales growth and meet sales target in China mainland by leading and managing the China wholesale team in order to ensure the achievement of each territory’s sales potential as well as enable the commercial development profitability and sustainable growth in coherence with Global Commercial Targets and Choices.
Job Description
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy, to better meet new customer needs and requirements - with the objective of both expanding business with current accounts and penetrating new markets and customers. Prepare and deliver all Key Account presentations, pricing, and promotional proposals, and other business endeavors.
Accountable for the Wholesale P&L of China and provides insight and reacts pro-actively to overall market status including key account business and competitors performance within the wholesale channel.
Plan and lead wholesale network expansion
Create, in cooperation with the Legal Team, sales agreements in which Crocs complies with the mutual interest of Crocs, and external wholesale customers. Maintain Company brand image and ensure quality services to customers.
Leads, provides inputs and monitors special projects assigned, regarding his area of responsibility, ensuring to complete the deliverables, relative activities and solutions within the deadline.
Deals and working closely with Financial and Accounting teams at local levels evaluate and monitor the commercials results and progression for assigned commercial area, assessing risks and issues, addressing mitigation actions and reviewing contingency plans and solutions as needed, in order to meet the targets assigned, accordingly with business target and choices defined.
Recruit, manage, motivate, coach and develop wholesale team China.
Promotes the knowledge sharing at country level in order to foster the circulation of information, the team effectiveness level and the awareness of people involved in the process managed towards the strategic company vision
Ensures the effective talent management, especially for key talents, in term of training and career development
