Equal Education Partners are looking for an experienced Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor to work in a busy school in RCT. With around 950 pupils on roll, you will be part of a dynamic teaching team, supporting a variety of pupils with mixed learning abilities.
Most of your working week will be spent with the KS3/4 classes, supporting with additional revision sessions and timetabled core classes such as English and Science. You will be working on a day-to-day basis, with the flexibility for you to work on days that suit you.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Encourage student participation.
- Manage classroom behaviour.
- Assist and deliver work left by the class teacher.
Requirements
To be considered, you will need to have experience of working with pupils aged 11-18 over the last 2 years, the ability to manage disruptive classroom behaviour and be able to ensure pupils remain on task.
