As we near a new term, Equal Education Partners are looking for passionate and experienced Cover Supervisors to work in Welsh Medium Secondary Schools across Cardiff, Caerphilly and RCT. You can work on a day-to-day basis within schools working in partnership with EEP.
You will receive career support from a specialist Education Consultant, as well as the flexibility to work on days that suit your needs.
You will need to:
- Effectively manage the behaviour of classes up to 30 pupils.
- Encourage pupils to interact in the classroom.
- Support pupils to complete tasks when needed.
- Collect completed work and return it to the class teacher.
Requirements
- Relevant experience of 40+ days across the last 2 years.
- The ability to deal with challenging behaviour in the classroom.
- An understanding of the National Curriculum.
Benefits
