Production support – spot/stud weld fault recovery, document faults for optimization.
Process improvements – expulsion reduction, continuous STC optimization.
Training – share best practices, share knowledge with maintenance team, assist develop training materials.
Strong background in resistance and arc welding.
Bosch 7000 weld controller knowledge and experience.
Experience in making and optimizing STC curves.
Experience with Stanley stud systems a plus.
Arc welding experience with Fronius welders a plus.

This position is to be on-site to support our customer’s Heavy Truck Division.
Experience with the Core responsibilities supporting the assembly plants for any of the following industries will be considered: Heavy Trucks, Military Vehicles, Aircraft, Train, Automobile, large Agriculture equipment, heavy Machinery, or heavy Construction equipment.
