As a Welcome Desk Trainee at Costa Navarino, you will embark on an exciting journey of hands-on training and skill development in the dynamic world of Front Office service. This traineeship period will provide you with valuable experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to ace the basics on a luxury, 5-star-branded property.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest service by discovering all our guests’ needs and acting on these needs proactively, effectively and promptly.
  • Always maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment.
  • Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments.
  • Welcome guests and resolve any possible problem / complaint quickly and courteously.
  • Must perform check in, check out duties.
  • Participate in daily briefings and training.
  • Understand thoroughly all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
  • Perform work as directed by your supervisor.
