W Costa Navarino is looking for a Welcome Desk Agent. The selected candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong ability to multitask effectively. This role is essential for ensuring a warm and efficient welcome for guests, contributing to an exceptional experience at the property.
Responsibilities
- Generate a positive impression of the brand by welcoming visitors and responding to guests' inquiries.
- Provide excellent guest service by discovering all our guests’ needs and acting on these needs proactively, effectively, and promptly.
- Check in/ Check out according to Marriott Brand Standards & legal requirements.
- Follow Marriott’s and Costa Navarino’s brand standards.
- Welcome, recognize and thank Marriott Bonvoy members for their loyalty and deliver all benefits according to tier.
- Seeks and uses guest feedback to build relationships with guests and drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.
- Maintain working relationships and cooperate with all departments effectively.
- Welcome guests and resolve any problem / complaint quickly and courteously.
- Recognize issues requiring immediate attention and communicate it to leadership and deviations from standard operating procedure.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Degree in Hospitality or relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Outstanding organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask effectively
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Opera software
- Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to guest satisfaction
