W Costa Navarino, exclusively for adults and young adults over 12 years old, offers 226 stylish rooms, 2 bedroom suites and 3 bedroom villas with infinity private pools, staged in the Bay of Navarino with stunning Ionian Sea views, The Watersports Center, The Away Spa and gym with a heated 25m-long lap pool, including the new Navarino Agora, an open marketplace with retail, street food, open-air cinema and exciting programming throughout the day and night.

W Costa Navarino is looking for a Welcome Ambassador (Bellman). The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to hotel guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their stay. This includes providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, as well as coordinating transportation services. The candidate will oversee bell staff, manage the bell stand, and maintain a clean and orderly lobby environment during their shifts, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests as per brand standards and direct them to Reception area.
  • Good observation and decision-making skills.
  • Ensure guests’ luggage security in his care and safely store them and provide guest with a receipt.
  • Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed
  • Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals.
  • Manages bell staff and porters by setting work schedules, assigning duties and supervising day-to day work.
  • Report any issues with guests, groups, as well as technical issues spotted around the resort.
  • Ensure that all equipment is well maintained & in good operational condition.
  • Supervising staff to ensure they stick to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Transfer guests with golf buggy within the resort upon request.
  • Follow all H&S rules, hotel policies, SOPs, and Brand Standards at all times.
  • Attend all trainings and seminars provided by the company and continuously remain updated for all trends and market news

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bellman in a luxury hotel or resort property
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Opera PMS and MS Office
  • Excellent command of English and local language; additional languages are an asset
  • In-depth knowledge of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and platforms
  • Valid driving license required
  • Strong team player, passionate about delivering high-quality service and achieving results
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
